***Consumer Notice to Customers of the ACA Health Insurance Marketplace (www.Healthcare.gov)
IDOI is monitoring the recent announcements that Health Alliance, Aetna HMO, and Aetna Life PPO are exiting the individual market effective 1/1/26. Consumers with affected health plans are advised that no immediate action is needed as coverage remains uninterrupted through 12/31/25. The insurer will notify consumers about next steps depending on the plan type, and the Department will provide further information as it becomes available.
